This section outlines specific terms of use and responsibilities applicable exclusively to the Bloom Your Mind Bundle, hosted and managed by Petrus Coaching (hereinafter the “Provider”, “we” or “us”), under the ownership and operation of Mrs. Irina-Alexandra Petrus, Gewerbe registered in Germany (Tax Registration No. 36187/54728, VAT ID: DE358422761).
- Bundle Structure & Access
By signing up for the Bloom Your Mind Bundle, you gain access to a curated collection of free resources, tools, and gifts provided by Petrus Coaching and a limited number of individual contributors. - Email List & Data Responsibility
Upon registering for the bundle via the official opt-in form, your name and email address will be added exclusively to the Petrus Coaching email list.
Petrus Coaching is the sole owner of this list and acts as the data controller under GDPR regulations. Your email address will NOT be shared with all bundle contributors.
If you choose to opt in for a specific contributor's free gift, your data will be transmitted solely to that contributor, and they will become the separate data controller for the purpose of delivering their respective offer.
Each contributor is solely responsible for complying with GDPR and all other applicable data protection regulations in their jurisdiction.
- Nature of the Offer
The Bloom Your Mind Bundle is a limited-time event offered at no financial cost to users. By accessing the bundle, you acknowledge that:
- You are entering into a digital services agreement with Petrus Coaching.
- Access to individual gifts beyond the main bundle page may involve entering into separate agreements with third-party contributors.
- Intellectual Property & License
All content hosted and provided through the Bloom Your Mind Bundle under the Petrus Coaching brand, including designs, copy, strategy materials, and delivery structures, are protected intellectual property. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use these materials for private and non-commercial purposes only.
Contributors maintain full ownership and IP rights over their individual contributions, which may be subject to additional terms.
- Limitations of Liability
Petrus Coaching is not responsible for the use, misuse, or outcomes of third-party resources offered through the bundle. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of materials hosted by contributors and disclaim all liability arising from third-party content.
Your access and use of contributor materials is at your own discretion and risk.
- Service Delivery & Limitations
Bundle resources are delivered digitally, via email or direct access links, immediately following registration or individual sign-ups. Each resource may be time-limited or restricted in access depending on the terms established by each contributor.
Petrus Coaching is not liable for broken links, expired resources, or non-responsiveness from third-party contributors.
- Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the bundle shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent German courts. - Contact Information
